Join Gardner Orton and Whitney Bellingham for this relaxing and nourishing evening breathwork circle. Grounding into the support of our Higher Self and connecting with the healing power of our Breath allows us to be fully present and open to our energetic and spiritual essence, while feeling safe and rooted within ourselves.

We will begin the evening by attuning to our Higher Self Consciousness, where a deep well of resources and support can be found. Using Healing Touch energy work techniques, Whitney will assist in connecting and clearing our chakras, while Gardner guides us through a journey with the Breath. Relax into the experience of opening and expanding, while releasing and letting go. The union of these two powerful practices can create space to safely open to our human and spiritual experience.
